*MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE DRIVING LARGE TRUCKS - THIS REQUIRES DRIVING A 30FT FOOD TRUCK* We're seeking an energetic and customer-service oriented Assistant Marketing Tour Manager/Driver to join our growing team. Our Dunkin' Coffee Sampling truck is based in Lancaster, CA and samples at community events across Los Angeles, Northern California, and San Diego. Responsibilities include: -Assist our Tour Manager to support all day-to-day operations of the sampling program including: -Driving a 30ft food truck to various events throughout greater Los Angeles -Preparing coffee & seasonal beverage samples to brand standards -Managing set up at event activations -Management of brand ambassadors -Organization and cleaning of equipment, prep station, and storage areas daily -Product inventory management -Ensure that DOH standards of sanitation, cleanliness, and safety are always maintained -Assistance with vehicle and equipment maintenance -Photograph and document event sampling and maintain reports on attendance Skills required: -A clean driving record, valid driver’s license, and ability to drive a large 30ft food truck style vehicle -Management and food service experience -ServSafe Manager Certification (Must pass ServSafe Manager exam which we can pay for) -Excellent communication and strong attention to detail -Must be a “People Person” with a great attitude, enthusiasm, a nice smile, and lots of energy -Ability to think on feet and multi-task -Ability to troubleshoot (i.e., potential issues with truck/equipment) -Ability to lift up to 50lbs and stand for long periods of time -Ability to be up very early in the morning for events -Flexible availability Schedule: · 25-40 hours per week including weekends and some holidays (approx. 10% clerical and 90% in-field sampling). Overnight travel outside of Los Angeles approx. 10% of the time.
