BRAND AMBASSADOR CONSULTANTS, a leading fractional field marketing agency representing only BETTER-FOR-YOU brands, seeks an experienced and sales-driven BRAND AMBASSADORS to perform demos in on weekends in December on behalf of our client, a maker of fresh produce and salad kits. This demo will take place at various regional grocery retailers in Montana and will be three hours in duration. Brand Ambassadors that apply must be able to provide their own 4' table with a black tablecloth. During the demo itself, you will be actively engaging customers to try samples (which will be whole cookies -- no cutting), getting them excited about the product, soliciting feedback, and ending each and every interaction by asking for the sale. BAs that are not sales-driven are encouraged NOT to apply. In terms of sample prep, you will be preparing salads w/ingredients in a salad bowl and then breaking down into smaller, individual samples. You must follow all food safety guidelines. You must have weekend availability so that our clients' ROI can benefit from optimum foot traffic levels. In select cases, we will consider weekday demos if you can make a compelling case that a strong demo can take place and can back up the claim with strong sales totals. All BAs will be expected to have access to a smartphone. In order to be paid, you will need to complete a demo report with tracked samples and units sold metrics; a digital GPS check-in and checkout; photos, and a feedback form. PLEASE NOTE: To start, it will be just one demo per each store location. You can work two separate stores in the same day. ADDITIONAL DETAILS: - 1099 contractor status - Pay issued within 14 days upon completion of demo provided all required paperwork is submitted in a timely fashion - We pay either via direct deposit or check through the mail REQUIREMENTS: - Must have at least 1 year's experience as a Brand Ambassador - Must own a 4' table and black tablecloth - Must be sales-driven - Must have at least partial weekend availability - Must be knowledgable and passionate about wellness products and project a healthy lifestyle - Must own and know how to operate a smart phone - Must own a reliable form of transportation - Able to stand for four hours consecutively - Able to lift a minimum of 40 lbs.
