We are seeking an enthusiastic and professional male Brand Ambassadors to represent Rare Beauty by Selena Gomez at an exciting brand activation taking place at a trendy café in Los Angeles. This activation aims to create a buzz around Rare Beauty products while ensuring guests have a memorable and positive experience. As a Brand Ambassador for Rare Beauty, you will be responsible for ensuring a seamless and memorable guest experience during this exciting activation. Your duties will include managing guest lines and crowd control to maintain a safe and organized environment, engaging with attendees in a friendly and professional manner, and educating them about Rare Beauty’s mission, values, and product offerings. By sharing product knowledge and answering questions, you’ll help guests connect with the brand while ensuring everyone feels welcomed and valued. Your role will be essential in creating a positive and inviting atmosphere that embodies the spirit of Rare Beauty. Schedule: Friday December 13, 6:30AM - 5:30PM Pay: $28.00/hr Responsibilities: As a Brand Ambassador, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the success of the activation by: Line Management & Crowd Control: Organizing and managing guest lines to maintain a seamless flow. Ensuring crowd safety and addressing any concerns promptly. Guest Engagement: Greeting and interacting with guests in a friendly and professional manner. Answering questions about the activation and creating an inviting atmosphere. Brand Education: Providing guests with key information about Rare Beauty, including its mission, values, and product offerings. Sharing product knowledge to help guests understand the benefits and uses of various products. Positive Experience Delivery: Ensuring all guests feel welcomed and valued throughout the activation. Addressing any guest concerns or needs to maintain a high standard of hospitality. Qualifications: Experience: Previous experience as a brand ambassador or in a customer-facing role is preferred. Knowledgeable: Familiarity with Rare Beauty and its product line is a plus (training materials will be provided). Personable: Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse audiences. Professional: Punctual, reliable, and able to represent the brand with integrity. Adaptable: Ability to handle high-energy environments and adapt to unexpected challenges.
