Event Timeline Oversight: Familiarize with the event run of show to ensure smooth operations. Delegate Tasks: Assign responsibilities to team members for efficient workflow and quality service. Guest Experience Focus: Ensure a high-quality experience for guests from arrival to departure. Break Management: Monitor and enforce scheduled breaks for staff. Brand Ambassador/Support Staff: Communication: Provide various support roles, including greeting guests, ticket scanning, ushering during the event start to end. Onsite Training: Participate in training sessions to ensure everyone is equipped to fulfill their roles effectively. Collaboration: Work together to maintain a smooth operation and deliver high-quality service throughout the event. Guest Experience: Focus on creating an exceptional experience for guests from arrival to departure. Requirements: Physical Ability: Capable of lifting 50 lbs and performing manual labor during the event. Teamwork: Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
