G of G Inc (www.gofginc.com) looking for 3 Brand Ambassadors,1 Hybrid Photographer/Videographer, and 1 Production Assistant. This event invites student athletes and sports staff to partner with a podcast tour focusing on student athlete mental health. LOCATION Louisville, KY DATES + TIMES (3) Brand Ambassadors Sunday, 12/22/2024, 10:00AM - 3:30PM (1) Hybrid Photographer/Videographer Saturday, 12/22/2024, 10:00AM - 3:30PM (1) Production Assistant Saturday, 12/21/2024, 10:00AM - 2:00PM Sunday, 12/22/2024, 9:00AM - 5:00PM BRAND AMBASSADOR ROLE As the face of the activation, Brand Ambassadors will greet Guests, manage queues, monitor the giveaway distribution, and provide general product information. Brand Ambassadors are expected to positively represent the brand and provide exceptional guest service at all times. PRODUCTION ASSISTANT ROLE The Production Assistant will provide on-site support throughout load-in, load-out, and live activation days to reset the space for a variety of programming moments. They must be able to carry and/or lift items weighing 50 lbs or greater without assistance and have a valid driver's license. The Production Assistant is expected to positively always represent the brand. PHOTOGRAPHER / VIDEOGRAPHER ROLE The hybrid photographer/videographer will capture content of the overall atmosphere and specific programming elements, including, but not limited to: attendees' interactions with activation, premiums, and general guests in the space. They are expected to provide their own camera and equipment for the event. They should have experience shooting photography and videography for events. Content capture staff is expected to positively represent the brand at all times. There will be a content dump at the end of the day and no editing is required. UNIFORM + GROOMING STANDARDS Uniform pieces and accessories will be provided (exact items and details to be provided at a later date). Personal items such as hats and jackets may not be worn and underdressings, including undershirts, must not be visible underneath uniform items. All staff members are expected to exhibit proper personal hygiene and should avoid extreme or distracting hair, makeup, and fingernail styles. Facial/neck tattoos and/or piercings (except simple, non-distracting earrings) are not permitted. PAY Brand Ambassadors & Production Assistants: $25/hr Hybrid Photographer/Videographer: Please send over a quote with a downloadable video sample and some event picture samples.
