Gail & Rice, along with our sister company – G&R Connex, is currently hiring three (3) experienced Brand Ambassadors for the upcoming 2024 Petit La Mans event. Event Details: Event: 2024 Petit La Mans Location: Michelin Raceway Road Atlanta - 5300 Winder Hwy, Braselton, GA 30517 Dates & Hours: • Thursday, October 10: TBD expect 8 hour shifts • Friday, October 11: TBD expect 8 hour shifts • Saturday, October 12: TBD expect 8 hour shifts • *Exact hours will be known closer to date of event* *expect 8 hour shifts* Rate: $32.00/hr. + $25.00 per diem/day + ground transportation reimbursement up to $50.00 per day with detailed receipts submitted at the end of the event • *1-hour unpaid meal break. • Staff will be paid bi-weekly via direct deposit and on-boarded as W2 temporary employees. • *THIS WILL BE AN OUTDOOR EVENT* Wardrobe: • Staff will wear their own black dress pants, black shoes (Toms/Vans/Flats/ etc.). • Branded shirts will be provided onsite. • Female Staff Hair & Make-up: Very finished look. Nails manicured with nude polish. • Male Staff: Well-groomed facial and head hair, short well-maintained fingernails. Job Description: Brand Ambassador to be proactive with consumer engagement, welcome consumers into the display, and lead generation - encourage consumers to receive product information from by allowing BA to enter their information into hand-held devices. Strong lead generation is required for the position. Be able to promote the brand, and be able to drive traffic to the display. Additional details required for the event: • Applicant MUST be available for ALL dates & times. No exceptions. • Applicants MUST be at least 18 years old. • Applicants MUST be able to stand for duration of shift. • Applicants MUST arrive event ready.
