Gail & Rice is currently hiring local, experienced Brand Ambassadors to work as Registration at the Seattle Auto Show with for an indoor Ride & Drive on the Electric Vehicle Track. Event: Seattle Auto Show - EV Track Ride & Drive Location: Lumen Field Event - 800 Occidental Ave S, Seattle, WA 98134 Dates & Hours – Ride & Drive Event: • Thursday, November 14: 11:00 AM – 9:00 pm • Friday, November 15: 9:30 am – 9:00 pm • Saturday, November 16: 9:30 am – 9:00 pm • Sunday, November 17: 9:30 am – 6:00 pm • Unpaid ½ hour meal breaks. • Additional paid breaks to be scheduled. Rate: $27.00/hr. + $59.00 per diem/day + up to $30.00 per day reimbursement for parking/Uber/Lyft with detailed receipts submitted at the end of the event • Wardrobe: Staff will wear their own black dress pants and black shoes (Flat dress shoes / Vans / Toms / Etc.). Shirts will be provided onsite. • Female Staff Hair & Make-up: Very finished look. Nails manicured with either nude or pale pink polish. • Male Staff: Well-groomed facial hair. Job Description: Consumer engagement during the Ride & Drive event through welcoming consumers into display, entering consumers information into handheld devices, consumers to sign waivers, exit surveys, etc. Applicants must also be proactive and outgoing to achieve lead generation goals, which is a key part of the BA position. Additional Requirements: • Must arrive to the event, event ready. • Must be 18 years old or older. • Must be available for all dates and times. • Must be able to stand on feet throughout the duration of the shift
