For more information, visit our website (kokada.com) or social media (@eatkokada) We are looking to hire experienced Brand Ambassadors/Demo Specialists in the Tampa area to support our accounts near you! Our brand is high energy and fun, and we are looking for individuals who are up for the challenge of bring the energy and fun to every single customer during their demo! In this role, you will be performing sampling demos in which you engage customers with a high-energy mindset. You will educate them on Kokada, encourage them to try and sample and end each interaction by asking for a sale. You must be available for at least three three-hour demos per month for at least three months. We can select the stores you work with based on your location (to minimize your drive time) and you will be working the same three stores for each demo. Pay is $23/hour plus a sales incentive in addition to your hourly pay. Our sales incentives are: Sell 12 units in a 3-hour demo (16 units in a 4-hour demo): Earn a $20 bonus. Sell 15 units in a 3-hour demo (18 units in a 4-hour demo): Earn a $30 bonus. Sell 18 units in a 3-hour demo (24 units in a 4-hour demo): Earn a $45 bonus. *All sales incentives will be subject to audit of the store sales for the day NOTE: STARTING MONTH 4, HOURLY PAY WILL INCREASE TO $25 PER HOUR A required and paid training will be taken ahead of this job to ensure product understanding. The training will be no more than 20 minutes and length and will be done virtually. Job Description: - Build relationships with store managers and work toward secondary placements and other store-level opportunities - Expert understanding of Kokada coconut spreads that you are representing including product details, ingredients, attributes and related general knowledge - Increase brand awareness at retail through customer education, driving in-store sales and building customer loyalty - Communicate to customers key selling points for our coconut spreads and pricing - Ask every customer that walks by if they would like to grab a sample of coconut spread (you're not afraid to do that!) - Track activity including number of samples handed out, number of jars on shelf before the demo, number of jars on shelf after the demo, and jars sold during demo - Consistent and proactive communication with the Kokada team to coordinate logistics, share success stories, and key learning Skills, Education, Experience Required: - 1 year of experience in events, retail, customer service, or other related fields. - Comfortable with work that required extroversion and active sales promotion - Sales skills including overcoming objections, active listening, and negotiation - Must be punctual, reliable, self-motivated, and results driven - Must be outgoing and comfortable engaging in conversation - Must have confidence and ability to connect with a large spectrum of customers - Must have a valid driver's license and must be able to drive to and from the demo location Physical Standards: - This position requires standing, walking, bending - Ability to pick up up to 25 pounds - Must be able to effectively communicate with others Other Duties: Please note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
