Event Overview: Roadtrek and Westfalia are thrilled to showcase their latest products at an exciting tradeshow event! Guests will have the chance to play interactive games, win prizes, tour the newest RVs, and engage with knowledgeable staff about all things Roadtrek and Westfalia. We are hiring dynamic, organized, and energetic individuals to support the event as Team Leads and Brand Ambassadors (BA). This is an opportunity to represent two iconic RV brands at a high-profile event. Event Dates and Times: Tuesday, January 14: 12:00 PM – 3:00 PM (TBD) Wednesday, January 15: 8:30 AM – 6:30 PM Thursday, January 16: 8:30 AM – 6:30 PM Friday, January 17: 8:30 AM – 6:30 PM Saturday, January 18: 8:30 AM – 6:30 PM Sunday, January 19: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM Location: Florida State Fairgrounds 4800 US Highway 301 North Tampa, FL 33610 Available Roles, Responsibilities, and Compensation: 1. Team Lead Compensation: $26/hour Responsibilities: Oversee the event and ensure quality assurance across all stations. Encourage guest participation in activities. Roam the grounds to ensure the game, site, and vehicles remain in top condition. Provide break coverage for Midfield staff as needed. Assist with all stations and ensure the game functions correctly. Requirements: Strong leadership and organizational skills. Experience in leading a team. Ability to think on your feet and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment. 2. Brand Ambassadors (BAs) Compensation: $25/hour Responsibilities: Welcome guests to the event. Explain the rules of the game and prizing options. Oversee game flow and ensure lines move efficiently. Track guest interactions. Requirements: Outgoing personality and excellent communication skills. Strong organizational abilities. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure. Uniform: Shirts, hats, and jackets will be provided (weather permitting). Staff must wear black pants and closed-toe black shoes. Why Join Us?
