We’re looking for energetic and dependable team members to assist with event setup and tear-down to ensure a smooth and successful experience.
Event Dates and Times:
Setup:
Sunday, January 12: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Monday, January 13: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Tear-down:
Sunday, January 19: 3:00 PM – 7:00 PM

Role Description:
We seek reliable and proactive individuals to assist with the physical setup and tear-down of event assets. This role requires some heavy lifting, organization, and a hands-on approach to ensure the event space is prepared for guests and properly dismantled afterward.
Responsibilities:
Safely lift and move items weighing up to 50 lbs.
Assist in organizing and setting up equipment, displays, and materials.
Ensure all items are arranged according to the provided layout.
Support tear-down activities, including packing and loading equipment for transport.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace during setup and tear-down.
Work efficiently as part of a team to meet tight deadlines.
Requirements:
Outgoing, energetic, and punctual personality.
Quick thinking and ability to problem-solve in a fast-paced environment.
Comfortable with physical tasks and heavy lifting.
Organized and detail-oriented approach to tasks.
Bonus: A passion for RVs, camping, or road trips across North America.
Uniform Requirements:
Dress appropriately
Bring steel-toed boots (if available) and work gloves for safety.
