Join our dynamic team as a Sales Representative for the Google Holiday Program, where you'll have the exciting opportunity to promote and sell Fitbit Ace products at major consumer electronics retailer. ⏹️ Program Dates and Shift Times: • Virtual Training: Tuesday November 26th, 9:00 am PST • In Store Training Walkthrough: Wednesday November 27th - Time TBD • November 29th through December 22nd: ° November 29th-December 1st ° December 13th-15th ° December 20th-22nd • Activation schedule: 11 am - 7 pm, Friday - Sunday. • Must be available all shift dates and times ⏹️Compensation: • Competitive hourly pay: 💲33/hr • Commission of $25 per unit sold • Daily sales goal: A minimum of 2 units per day • Eligible for completion bonus for meeting sales targets, working entire activation, and returned assets- $500 on the line! ⏹️ Key Responsibilities: • Engage with customers to promote and sell Fitbit products, providing exceptional customer service and product knowledge. • Utilize a pull-up banner and other promotional materials to attract customers and drive sales. • Work inside the store, strategically positioned near end caps to maximize visibility and customer interaction. • Achieve daily sales targets, with a goal of selling at least 2 units per day. ⏹️ Qualifications: • Proven experience in sales, preferably in a retail environment. • Persuasive communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Enthusiastic, initiative-taking, and goal oriented. • Availability to work on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays. • Must be able to conduct a second virtual interview, complete all onboarding and attend mandatory online training by the given deadlines. ⏹️ Requirements: • Participate in a training session to stay updated on product features and education. • Return assets with given date post program. • W2 Employment; All hires must complete and submit all necessary documentation prior to their start date to ensure their position in the program. • Successful completion of a background check is required.
