Each memebr on the team knew their roles and easily adapted to any changes. The leads for the day did amazing at making sure everyone was okay! The opening was definitely chaotic and could have used a bit more planning. At one point BA’s where being asked to bag groceries along side of employees.

NGP is a very good company to work with...they actually have a great marketing strategy and they give you all the materials to be able to get the job done well or the client.
It takes a while to get paid but other than that the company pays very well.

Daniela at New Ground Promotions was great at relaying all the pertinent information that the entire event staff needed. As the On-site manager Daniela provided me all recap questions and photo requirements for me to report back efficiently.
NGP team communicated effectively about event details and did brief training with quick quiz. It was good to communicate with their team. There was a disconnect between on site event coordinator and event staff at NGP in receiving recap information.
New Grounds was very communicative and provided a comprehensive training. Daniela is a great recruiter who answers questions promptly. All the BAs she hired were consummate professionals. Fun event!
