Major Retail Store Activation
Tier 3 experience sparks excitement for the holiday season using the FOS cart. BAs are to greet the guests, utilize talking points to encourage the purchase of holiday gifting items and distribute giveaways.
High-level responsibilities/role: A Major Retail Store is teaming with various brands to help guests snag this season's hottest gifts!
· Welcome guests
· Verbally discuss key talking points
· Demo the selected brand/product
· Hand out product samples
· Hand out a giveaway
· Encourage sales on the brand's products and discuss loyalty offers
Training: 30 min training to be done on your own time- watch a video and take a quiz
Recap 3-5 quality photos, answer 3-5 questions
Uniform: Clean Jeans (no tears or rips) non non-branded white shirt, and clean white sneakers
Responsible for submitting hours on dashboard within 24 hours of completion of event
Requirements:
• Arrive on time in proper uniform
• Ensure proper care and return of company property
• Must have reliable transportation to and from the event
• Remain in communication with Hype contact upon arrival and throughout event
• Must be able to lift 30 lbs safely
• Must be able to stand during full shift of activation with exception of breaks and meals
• Must be adaptable to changing needs of the program if asked by client or lead
• If you are asked to do something that you feel is outside the responsibilities of the program, please make Hype aware right away*
• Valid to work as an employee in the US
• Must be available for all dates
• Submit photos of live event
• Pick up or accept delivery of promotional materials
