Exciting Opportunity Awaits! Be the Face of Wellness in Your Community! PROGRAM OVERVIEW Join an extraordinary wellness journey with a major retailer. Together, we're unleashing a Mobile Wellness Tour to spread awareness about a diverse range of health services and products. Your role as a Brand Ambassador is pivotal in bringing this wellness extravaganza to life. WHY: Drive awareness of the spectrum of wellness services and products this major retailer provides. GOAL: Provide wellness experiences and education to communities. THEME: Focus on wellness themes that define products & services provided SCHEDULE • Training: You will need to join 1 training call (TBD) • Event Dates: 1/9-1/11 Madison 1/12-1/13 Ridgeland 1/16-1/18 Flowood 1/19-1/20 Pearl 1/23-1/25 Jackson 1/26-1/27 Clinton 1/30-2/1 Richland 2/2-2/3 Byram Hours for each day are 9:30am-5:30pm Priority will be given to those who have the most availability during these dates. ROLES + RESPONSIBILITIES • Event Setup and Breakdown: • Arrange tents, tables, displays, and trailers to create an inviting wellness space. • Ensure a seamless and professional breakdown post-event. • Community Engagement: • Staff must station near the entrance of the store to draw people into the activation. • Utilize engaging tactics to capture the attention of passersby and encourage participation. • Interact with customers delivering an exceptional wellness experience. • Communicate key talking points on products and services offered by our esteemed partners. • Basic knowledge of diseases and vaccines is essential to effectively communicate wellness information. • Able to speak confidently and positively about various vaccines • Proven ability to draw people into a space and create an engaging atmosphere. • Able to work outside on your feet for the full duration of the shift. GUIDED EXPERIENCES • Guide customers through touchpoints like the iPad education area, product displays, and pharmacist consultation/appointment center. • Track experiences and KPIs to evaluate the impact of the wellness tour. UNIFORM Client will provide t-shirt and hat. Staff to wear khaki pants or shorts.
