Position 1 - Retail Store Manager
Come join our Technology Retail team in West Hollywood, CA at our client’s Holiday Wearable Pop-Up Shop! As Retail Manager, you are the leader of a team that provides the best in-store customer experience through immersive, hands-on demos of our client’s cutting edge wearable products. You will passionately lead a team focused on driving customer acquisition, retention, and satisfaction with every engagement. You excel in sales, customer service, product training, and maintaining operational and brand excellence (overall experience). You will serve as the subject matter expert and emulate the desired behaviors with your team.
This is a full-time seasonal position that will start ASAP and run through the end of the year. You will be working 40 hours per week, including weekends, between the hours of 9 am - 8 pm.
Compensation - $6500 - $7000 per month plus commision

WHAT YOU'LL DO
Manage a team and the overall operation of the location, including but not limited to opening, and closing, recruiting, training, performance management, inventory management, weekly and daily report outs on performance, team schedules, and program metrics.
Develop and execute various strategies to meet or exceed quarterly sales targets
Maintains sales support database; answers inquiries by researching, locating, and providing the desired information.
Determines the wants and needs of consumers while driving & closing the sale.
Increase sales of client’s products and CSAT scores through your team
Other tasks as assigned by management.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
Experience and Education:
High School Diploma or equivalent required
3+ years of retail sales management experience required
3+ years of customer-facing expertise in retail sales required
Demonstrated strength in teaching/coaching techniques; positively influence and empowers others
Skills and Attributes:
Extremely strong interpersonal communication, soft skills, written, verbal, and on camera
Performance Management and conflict resolution skills
Ability to build and foster business relationships at multiple levels and independently
Ability to show patience and tact and remain calm under pressure
High level of initiative and self-motivation with a continued drive to learn
Strong time management and organizational skills
Ability to practice good judgment in analyzing information, strategic/critical thinking, and decision making
Flexible availability including weekends
Fluent in Google Workspace Suite & Office 365 including Outlook, Excel & PowerPoint

Position 2 - Assistant Retail Store Manager

As Assistant Retail Store Manager, you are focused on supporting the Retail Store Manager in the daily busines operations of the retail store. General tasks include assisting with managing a team that provides the best in-store customer experience through immersive, hands-on demos of AR & VR products. You will passionately assist in leading a team focused on driving customer acquisition, retention, and satisfaction with every engagement. You excel in sales, customer service, product training, maintaining operational and brand excellence (overall experience). You will serve as a subject matter expert and emulate the desired behaviors with your team.
This is a full-time seasonal position that will start ASAP and run through the end of the year. You will be working 40 hours per week, including weekends, between the hours of 9 am - 8 pm.
Compensation - $5750 - $6250 per month plus commision

WHAT YOU'LL DO
Assist with managing the team and the overall operation of the location, including but not limited to opening, and closing, recruiting, training, scheduling, performance management, inventory management, weekly and daily report outs on performance, team schedules, and program metrics
Collaborate with team lead and Retail Manager on setting and achieving team-specific goals related to quarterly sales targets
Assist in increasing sales of client’s products and CSAT scores through the development and execution of a best-in-class retail store team
Interact with customers and retail team members to resolve complaints or grievances
Assist partnership with Meta’s tech team to ensure all customer experiences are working correctly and maintained
Other tasks as assigned by management
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
Experience and Education:
