Overview: 2020 Companies is seeking part-time Brand Ambassadors to join our team representing our client, Eyebot! Hours: Retail mall hours Pay: $23 + per hour plus quarterly bonus incentive Location: Eyebot kiosk within a shopping mall Are you engaging and enthusiastic? In this part-time role, you’ll represent Eyebot at our kiosks in Burling, Natick, and Nashua Malls, engaging with customers, guiding them through our vision test process, and promoting our eyeglasses. With flexible hours, this role is ideal for individuals interested in gaining hands-on experience in sales and customer engagement. What’s in it for you? Competitive hourly rate, paid weekly Hourly pay starting at $23.00+ depending on experience and mall location Bonus paid quarterly based on set objectives Flexible part-time hours $30 Mobile Reimbursement Next-day pay on-demand with DailyPay Job Description: Your Role as a Brand Ambassador is to: Engage with Potential Customers: Stand by our terminals, actively inviting mall visitors to experience the Eyebot kiosk. Guide Users Through Vision Tests: Assist customers with the vision test process, ensuring a smooth experience. Promote Eyewear Purchases: Encourage users to purchase eyeglasses via our website after the vision test. Share Customer Feedback: Report observations and feedback to the commercial team to help improve user experience. Build Relationships: Interact with mall employees and customers, building awareness and rapport. Social Media Engagement: Share your Eyebot experiences on personal social media and tag Eyebot to promote our kiosks. Qualifications: We are looking for someone who: Has excellent communication skills and experience in consumer-facing environments (sales, customer service, etc.) Always energetic with a big personality and ability to “hype” a group as small as 1, to as large as 100 Interested in one or more areas in technology, social media, gaming, music, Health & Wellness Ability to build relationships with a wide range of stakeholders and customers Flexible and adaptable with a passion for teamwork and innovation
