Remi, Johanna & Jacqueline were supportive, informative and helpful, resulting in a streamlined onboarding process. Also they made sure I had all of the details needed for each activation date, so it guaranteed that the AUSL project was overall successful.

They were very organized and made sure to communicate very well. Everyone worked well as a team, breaks were planned out in advance and it was a positive environment. I would definitely work with them again. In fact I already am!

Wonderful event centered on caregivers. Clients were kind and organized. Provided lunch and gift bags. Loved the old-school vibe - printed agendas, paper check-in, no tech. A true, community-focused experience. Beautiful venue with flowers. Seated check-in staff. The day felt smooth and supportive.

One gentle note: clearer advance notice on the amount and purpose of any filming and photography, as this event included significantly more recording than is typical.
