There are many different managers so each event is different. Hours changed the morning of the event which makes it difficult to plan your day. Actual event management was a bit scattered.

501 is a good company with consistent work. Lasso App is okay but hard to navigate if your schedule changes. On-site manager was a bit flustered, didn't manage the client very well.

My first time working an auction event and first time with 501 Lasso. Agency is great, communication, on site management, training was perfect. Looking forward to working with again.
