Job Overview: We're looking for energetic and outgoing Field Manager to represent REVL in a high-energy, multi-week guerrilla marketing and retail sampling campaign. FM will bring REVL to life by engaging with the public, sharing samples, and creating memorable experiences that showcase our commitment to freshness and quality. If you’re passionate about wellness, love connecting with people, and know the ins and outs of your city, we want you on our team! Compensation: $1400/week flat. Responsibilities: Event Planning & Execution: Coordinate and execute on-site activations, product demonstrations, and branded experiences. Oversee the setup, operation, and teardown of experiential marketing events. Ensure events are executed in alignment with brand guidelines and client objectives. Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and manage a team of brand ambassadors or event staff. Provide leadership and motivation to ensure team performance meets or exceeds expectations. Act as the main point of contact for staff, resolving issues and ensuring smooth event operations. Client & Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the liaison between clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure all parties are aligned. Maintain clear and timely communication regarding event updates, challenges, and successes. Present post-event recaps and performance metrics to stakeholders. Logistics Management: Handle the transportation and setup of event materials and equipment. Manage inventory of branded assets and ensure proper care and storage. Monitor event budgets and ensure cost efficiency without compromising quality. Brand Representation: Serve as the face of the brand at events, ensuring a positive and professional image. Maintain a deep understanding of the brand and its products/services to answer questions or concerns. Ensure all interactions reflect the brand’s values and messaging. Performance Analysis: Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and event success metrics. Gather consumer feedback and insights to inform future campaigns. Identify opportunities for improvement in future activations. Compliance & Safety: Ensure all events comply with local regulations, health, and safety standards. Conduct pre-event safety checks and train team members on protocols as needed. Problem-Solving: Quickly address and resolve issues that arise during events to ensure seamless execution. Adapt to changing circumstances and troubleshoot in real-time. Qualifications: -Experience: Previous experience as a Field Manager -Outgoing Personality: Comfortable approaching and interacting with diverse groups of people in public spaces. -Leader- Need you to manage BAs, which may include releasing staff if they are not performing as needed or if are not needed due to the needs of the program. -City Savvy: Knowledge of the city’s most active and bustling locations to maximize exposure. -Reliable & Flexible: Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, as campaign schedules demand. -Physical Stamina: Ability to be on your feet for extended periods and lift/move promotional materials as needed.
