A+ Staffing in partnership with Live Nation Entertainment’s Media & Sponsorship Division is seeking Sponsorship Event Staff to assist with on-site amphitheater and club and theater sponsorship support during select event days. This position will play a key role in the on-site fulfillment of sponsorship programs and interactions with associated individuals. Sponsorship Event Staff are expected to maintain a high level of professionalism that coincides with expectations held as both a Live Nation and sponsor representative. WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO • Venue Knowledge o Attend venue meetings and trainings as needed including but not limited to virtual trainings hosted by Live Nation and A+ Staffing, venue orientation, and event training dates. o Assist with pre-season venue opening tasks o Assist with post-season venue winterization tasks as assigned • Client Stewardship o Review sponsor details and information with Venue Brand Manager during trainings to understand the purpose of each client’s sponsorship and why they are working with Live Nation o Treat sponsors with respect, aid with activation preparation or disassembly as needed, and troubleshoots on-site issues to the best of their ability o Actively update, confirm, and relay venue policies to sponsors during events such as changes to approved premium items, weather updates, etc o Provide notes of any conversations to Venue Brand Manager within the post-show feedback form • Activations o Provide instructions to sponsors regarding their activations if they aren’t following venue policies and guidelines o Assist with executing client activations for venues, special events and hospitality nights as applicable o Complete nightly administrative tasks including but not limited to providing show day feedback and uploading Proof of Performance photos so VBM’s can adjust processes • Signage o Place and/or confirm all temporary signage is in the correct locations prior to the event starting o Inform the Venue Brand Manager if signs are missing or need repairing via the post-show feedback form o Inform the Venue Brand Manager if signs are blocked by other venue items via the post-show feedback form • Concert Vision o Confirm the Concert Vision screens and content loop are running correctly within one (1) hour of arriving on-site o If systems are not running correctly, contact the staff responsible for the equipment and content to troubleshoot any issues o Inform the Venue Brand Manager of issues via the post-show feedback form o Capture photos of any Digital Out of Home media running for single events as indicated on day of show materials • Photography o Complete the Proof of Performance photography digital training prior to working events o Take clear photos of required sponsor assets featuring fan presence and engagement o Upload photos on the night of the event or within twenty-four (24) hours if there is a technical issue. If there is a technical issue inform your agency and Live Nation contacts in the post-show feedback form. WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING • Willing to work nights and weekends on concert days • Direct experience in brand management, client service, media or entertainment, and/or marketing consulting, sales, advertising or activation agencies is desired - Previous work experience with recognizable corporate brands preferred • Proven ability to work calmly and efficiently under pressure • Problem solve quickly to achieve resolution • Maintain client relationships and expectations while delivering exceptional customer service • Ability to complete multiple tasks during events • Can understand and follow instructions with limited guidance • Excellent communication skills: written, verbal, and presentation of self • Ability to quickly adapt, pivot, and adjust in response to unexpected scenarios that may occur during events • Ability to lift objects not to exceed 50 pounds • Have reliable transportation to get to and from venue(s) to ensure timeliness - If working at a venue that requires golf cart usage, a valid driver’s license will also be required. • Must have a working camera or phone to capture photos
