Job Posting: Brand Ambassadors for Asian Food Festival in Cincinnati, OH Event Dates: Saturday, April 26th & Sunday, April 27th, 2024 Location: Court Street Plaza, Cincinnati, OH About AGAR: AGAR, a Cincinnati-based experiential marketing company, is seeking 4 dynamic Brand Ambassadors to represent our team at the Asian Food Festival, a two-day outdoor event celebrating Asian culture and cuisine. This is an exciting opportunity to engage with festival-goers, promote brand awareness, and represent our brand in a fun and lively atmosphere! Key Responsibilities: Greet consumers in a friendly, professional manner within our footprint. interact directly with attendees of all ages to walk them through engagement points such as crafting, photo moments, or games Effectively communicate key messaging around P&G’s mission and its nonprofit partners to engage and inspire the target audience. Pass out product samples to festival-goers. Assist with crowd control, line management, and product refills. Track inventory and monitor product levels. Take recap photos and provide feedback from consumers at the end of each day. Set up and tear down as needed (light duties). Learn and communicate key messaging about the brand to the public. Assist with in-person product demos, showcasing our products and explaining features to event attendees. Welcome attendees to participate in scheduled events inside the booth, ensuring they have a positive experience. Shift Details: Saturday, April 26th: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM Sunday, April 27th: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM Applicants must be available for both days and the full shift. Compensation: Hourly Pay: $25/hour Parking: Reimbursement up to $10 per day (with receipts provided). Attire: Comfortable gym shoes and black pants/shorts (no holes). A branded polo shirt will be provided on-site. Requirements: Experience: Previous brand ambassador or food and beverage experience is a plus. Skills: Outgoing, reliable, and comfortable engaging with the public. Availability: Must be available for both days of the event. Background: A background check will be conducted.
