This exciting competition brings together the world’s top bartenders for a chance to compete for a $10,000 prize and to earn a prestigious two-year contract as an Angostura Brand Ambassador. The event will be a high-energy celebration of bartending talent and the Angostura brand. We’re looking for enthusiastic, energetic professionals who can engage with guests, support event operations, and represent the brand with enthusiasm. Job Responsibilities: As a Brand Ambassador, you will play a key role in ensuring the event runs smoothly while promoting the Angostura brand. Your duties will include: 1. Greeting Attendees: - Warmly welcome guests upon arrival and create a positive first impression. - Provide guests with event information and direct them to key areas. 2. Guest List Management: - Oversee guest list check-in, verify names, and distribute any required wristbands, badges, or event materials. - Help ensure a seamless flow of guests entering and exiting the event. 3. Competition Assistance: - Assist in setting up and organizing the competition space, ensuring Angostura-branded elements and equipment are properly arranged. - Provide support to bartenders and judges, ensuring they have quick access to necessary tools, supplies, and any other event materials. - Help with clean-up during and after the event as required. 4. Engage with Guests & Brand Messaging: - Actively engage with guests and share information about Angostura’s history, values, and products. - Encourage guests to interact with the brand and learn more about the Angostura family of products. 5. Maintain Brand Presence & Energy: - Keep the energy high and maintain a lively, positive atmosphere throughout the event. - Represent the Angostura brand with professionalism, enthusiasm, and a strong sense of hospitality. 6. Assist with Social Media Content Creation: - Capture behind-the-scenes moments, interviews, and event highlights for social media and promotional purposes. - Coordinate with competitors, judges, and event staff to generate engaging content. Requirements: - Apparel: Black attire (professional and polished). - Experience: Previous event or hospitality experience preferred. - Energetic and Personable**: Strong communication, customer service, and people skills. - Social Media Savvy: Comfortable engaging with social media and capturing content for promotional use. - Professionalism: Must maintain a friendly and professional demeanor while working under pressure. - Availability: Must be available for the duration of the event and any pre-event setup or rehearsal as needed.
