AIM & FIRE is hiring a Lead & Supporting Brand Ambassadors for ongoing retail sales & marketing opportunities! We’re looking for 21+ Brand Ambassadors who are outgoing, professional and high energy to sample a local THC beverage brand at different locations around the metro. The lead ambassador will manage and disperse assets to other BA's and own the sampling schedule, taking on a client-facing role - working directly with their sales team and retail accounts to coordinate these events. Sampling shifts are flexible and primarily Thursday-Saturday in 3hr windows. Shifts are paid an additional 1/2 hour for set-up and teardown, for a total of 3.5 hours paid per sampling. Mileage is also reimbursed over 35 RT, along with any other expenses such as ice or parking. Duties: Set up and tear down of sample table/cooler event kit, sampling 3 flavors of beverages, delivery of key information to consumers. Rate: $30/hr Time Commitment: Flexible, 10-20hrs/week Location: Twin Cities Metro Ideal applicants are enthusiastic about cannabis, customer service and sales oriented, comfortable working independently and self-motivated.
