Job Title: Recruiter - Guerrilla Ride-and-Drive Event (Bay Area) Location: Pacific Commons Shopping Center, 43440 Boscell Rd, Fremont, CA 94538 (Bay Area) Event Dates: February 13 - February 16, 2025 Event Overview: Join us for an exciting guerrilla-style ride-and-drive event showcasing the Nissan Ariya! As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for engaging with potential customers, promoting the test drive experience, and encouraging participation in the event. This is an opportunity to work as part of a small but dynamic team (4 product specialists and 1 local recruiter) and help bring the Ariya to consumers in the Bay Area. Key Responsibilities: Actively engage with shoppers to encourage participation in the test drive event. Provide information about the Ariya, its features, and the event incentives. Collect basic customer information and schedule test drive appointments. Promote the event and create excitement around the Ariya. Ensure a positive and informative experience for all participants. Qualifications: Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Previous experience in recruitment, sales, or customer-facing roles. Enthusiasm for promoting new technology and products, especially electric vehicles. Ability to work independently and as part of a small team. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, outdoor environment. Schedule: Event will take place from February 13th - February 16th, 2025 at Pacific Commons Shopping Center in Fremont, CA.
