The Opportunity...
As a Doppler Second Delivery Agent, you will represent major automotive manufacturers and deliver exceptional customer experiences. This role is perfect for personable, enthusiastic, and knowledgeable product specialists who are passionate about fostering enduring relationships between customers, their vehicles, and the brand. You will provide personalized demonstrations of vehicle features, troubleshoot technical difficulties, ensure seamless system setup, and create a white-glove experience that reflects the brand's commitment to excellence.
How You'll Contribute...
• Premium Customer Experiences: Deliver engaging and inspiring premium customer experiences that reflect the brand’s values and commitment to excellence.
• Brand and Product Expertise: Serve as a subject matter expert for the product and brand, explaining and demonstrating vehicle operational and technical features.
• Research and Memorization: Research and memorize brand background, vehicle specifications, and feature descriptions to provide accurate and detailed information to customers.
• On-Site Demonstrations: Travel to customer-preferred locations to conduct personalized product experiences and vehicle feature demonstrations.
• Customer Feedback: Facilitate customer surveys and gather feedback to continuously improve the customer experience.
• Schedule Management: Manage availability, schedule, and experience tasks within an app to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
• Additional Engagement Duties: Perform additional customer engagement duties as assigned to enhance the overall customer experience.
What We're Looking For...
• Adaptable and self-reliant, with a strong ability to work independently.
• Experience and enthusiasm for working with automotive vehicles and products.
• Knowledge and experience with electric vehicles are a plus.
• Experience in retail, sales, or customer service is a plus.
• Polished, professional, hospitable, and approachable demeanor.
• Superb interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
• Tech-savvy, with the ability to quickly learn and demonstrate new technologies.
• At least 21 years of age.
• Fully fluent in English; bilingual abilities are appreciated.
• Valid Driver’s License and a clean driving record.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Reliable transportation.
• Smartphone with a data plan.
