Your primary responsibility will be to interact with attendees, encouraging them to participate in a brief survey by scanning a QR code. You will collect key demographic and contact information, aiming to meet specific survey completion goals. You will need to be dynamic and approachable, moving through the event space and using a tablet or QR code to facilitate the survey process. Additionally, you will distribute premiums or incentives to incentivize participation, ensuring that you communicate effectively and follow the onsite training provided to achieve the best results. This role requires working independently without micromanagement, meaning you should be self-motivated and confident in your ability to drive engagement and survey completions. โ€ข Qualifications: The ideal candidate for this position is outgoing, engaging, and possesses a friendly and professional demeanor. Experience in lead generation, sales, or surveying is highly desirable, as it demonstrates your ability to attract and connect with consumers effectively. You should be comfortable working long hours in an outdoor environment, and have the stamina to stay energized and motivated throughout the event. Your ability to work autonomously is crucial, as you will need to manage your responsibilities without constant supervision.
