💼 Program Specifics:
• Key Responsibilities: As Survey Ambassador, you will be responsible for actively engaging with consumers in nearby areas, encouraging them to participate in a brief survey by scanning a QR code. Your role will involve collecting essential demographic and contact information, as well as their opinions, using a 📱 tablet or QR code system. You will also communicate key points about the brand, following the onsite training and instructions to ensure smooth interactions. Being outgoing and approachable will be essential as you represent the brand and interact with a diverse group of attendees. Duties will also include passing out premiums or incentives, memorizing key speaking points, and following any training instructions provided onsite. Staff will rotate between indoor and outdoor footprints and must be willing to work both areas. ❄️
• Qualifications: Candidates with previous experience in lead generation, sales, or surveying preferred. Successful candidates will have strong communication skills, be confident in using technology like tablets or QR codes, and be able to connect with consumers in a friendly, professional, and engaging manner. The ability to attract attention and make a positive impression while gathering feedback is key to succeeding in this role.
👕 Uniform: Staff to wear their own professional black pants, black/neutral sneakers, and a professional white button-down dress shirt or polo shirt (along with a black jacket and other winter wear gear outlined in the event confirmation details).

When you apply to our events, you're signing up as a 'local' staff member, and it's all on you to sort out any travel or lodging needs. Unfortunately, we can't offer any help with travel or lodging unless that is offered in the specifics of the job post. 💵 On the bright side, you'll be our awesome W-2 employee, and we've got the tax and legal stuff all covered. We pay no less than $25.00/hour for all events. Dates and hours vary per event, hired staff can expect a 5-hour minimum (activation days only) per event.
