Program Specifics 💼 💪🏽 📖 • Assist Marketing is looking for reliable promotional models to assist a well-known insurance brand at the PBR World Finals: Elimination. Staff will be assisting with onsite activation elements including greeting guests, premium distribution, interactive games, prize giveaways, taking photos, etc. • Staff must have an outgoing personality and willingness to engage and interact with consumers, the ability to memorize key speaking points, and understand the basics of lead generation. Must work well with others and operate as a team, taking direction from managers and clients to ensure a smooth flow throughout the duration of the event. • Tech savvy and knowledgeable about professional bull riding is a plus. • Staff must attend a mandatory paid one-hour video training call - TBA. • *Staff must be available to work on all dates from 5/8-5/11.* Onsite Backups - Your time to shine is here! 🌟 Arrive promptly by the event's start time and check-in with the team lead or client. If any of your fellow staff members are tardy or no-shows, your superhero shift will continue, and you'll earn the hourly rate for that position. However, if the whole team shows up on time, you'll be sent home, and you'll still pocket a sweet flat rate💲💰 per day as long as you're punctual, in uniform, and meet all the expectations outlined in your booking confirmation. Sometimes, you might be asked to stay an extra hour after the event's start to ensure all Assist Marketing roles at the venue are filled. Just remember, our clients have the final say in staffing decisions. They might choose to wait for a late team member instead of calling in the backup.
