Having a team lead who respects the company's Timeline as well as what the Client expects from the Activation. Another item would be having a new hire checklist to make sure all the necessary paperwork, including for payment, is completed.

One of the three days I was supposed to be scheduled for was given to a backup BA by the Account Manager “to be fair” (not policy). The brand AND other BA requested me for day 3, but the Account Manager refused & the event suffered. Please listen to your field teams!
All of the concerns that I have with this company came post payroll and payment. Traveling out of town for an expected days worth of pay, (266) to have a 300$ short check is disheartening. This is by NO means a reflection of the TXdot/Dave Campbell’s team- they are amazing and it was a pleasure!
I booked multiple days and received invoices (from BB) that reflected the expected income per day per activation. It was not until I received my pay that I realized a large portion was missing. At minimum invoices reflected a pay of $266 . Do the math (266x 4)+125=1,189 I received just over 700

The company is well organized and communicative to make sure everyone is aware of dates and times. Pay is completed every two weeks.
