One of the three days I was supposed to be scheduled for was given to a backup BA by the Account Manager “to be fair” (not policy). The brand AND other BA requested me for day 3, but the Account Manager refused & the event suffered. Please listen to your field teams!

Aside from spreading a message that was life-saving for Texas drivers . Communication was great! Staff was empathetic, professional and overall awesome! I will work for them in the future, and look forward to upcoming gigs!
