Position: Brand Ambassador Supervisor: Team Leader Job Description: A Brand Ambassador is to build the image of our smoke-free brand and to inspire Legal Age Smokers and Nicotine users while discussing the differences and benefits of using a smoke-free alternative. A Brand Ambassador will operate in specific breweries, restaurants/bars, night life and local city events network and will be responsible for facilitating legal age smokers and nicotine users, who would otherwise continue to smoke, to convert to a smoke-free alternative by explaining its purpose, matching its benefits to their needs. Overall, Brand Ambassadors act as key contributors to the smoke-free future we’re working towards. The core function of this role is to introduce Legal Age Smokers and Nicotine Users to our smoke-free product following all guidelines as this is a critical step in converting Legal Age Smokers and Nicotine Users by working with them 1:1 providing an exceptional consumer experience. Job Responsibilities: • Work with Team Leaders and the Market Coordinator – Activation Teams. • Follow policies, procedures, and safety guidelines for all tour assets and staff. • Assist in the safe and efficient set-up of the program, provide leadership on activation days and assist in tear-down of all elements associated with the interior and exterior of the display trailers. This includes all display elements, electrical, and audio. • Maintain open communication lines among tour staff and the Team Leader. • All other duties assigned. • Conduct engagement activities with Legal Age Smokers and Nicotine users at events and other legal age meeting points (breweries, bars, etc.) • Present the product to legal age smokers and nicotine users and achieve the agreed PKIs of the channel (sales targets, product demonstrations, control of visibility materials, control of product availability on site • Deploy Brand and Product campaigns in your relevant channel network targeting legal age smokers and nicotine users (in accordance with local regulations) to provide an exceptional consumer experience. • Work as a team member in defined locations and events while being responsible for converting legal age smokers and nicotine users in accordance with local regulations. Basic Tasks: • Be engaging, friendly, and professional when meeting with visitors to the display. • Work well with all Program employees. • Ensure personalized communication to address potential difficulties. • Identify legal age smokers and nicotine users’ needs with a consumer-centric approach delivering relevant experiences. • Keep areas neat while working and return items to correct locations. • Transport, assemble, and disassemble materials used in presentations. • Participate in required meetings and/or trainings. Preferred Education and Experience: • Licensed driver with a good driving record • Bilingual in Spanish is a plus. • A High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred. • Experience in brand building activities (Events, Hotel/Restaurant, Nightlife Industry. • Multiple experiences in Sales/Customer service roles (Hospitality, solution or consumer focuses selling/customer service, retail, or field sales experience) • Experience in consumer management. • Experience in building & managing relationships with multiple stakeholders. • Ability to travel within select market area. • Ability to travel outside the market area up to twenty (20%) percent of time as needed. • Must be able to lift objects of at least thirty (30) pounds.
