Dixon Golf is seeking a motivated, self-driven individual to join our team as a Territory Manager & Tournament Consultant. This hybrid role is perfect for someone with experience in golf or non-profit fundraising who is eager to transition from event staff to a permanent management position, playing a pivotal role in fundraising, event coordination, and building lasting relationships with charity golf tournaments. Primary Duties: • Event Coordination & Sales: Represent Dixon Golf at charity golf tournaments, assisting in booking and managing Dixon Challenge events. Consult with tournament organizers to elevate sponsorship options, increase player participation, and coordinate on-course activities. This requires comfortability in a remote, phone-based setting while calling upon a provided list of charity golf outing to present our sponsorship of their event. • Team Management & Training: Hire, train, and manage Representatives/BAs to support events. Ensure all logistical aspects, such as rep scheduling, inventory management, and post-event reporting, are executed seamlessly. • Product Sales & Fundraising: Provide on-course games, custom products, and hole-in-one insurance to events, increasing fundraising potential for charitable causes. • Relationship Building: Develop strong, lasting relationships with clients, providing exceptional service and ensuring repeat business. Utilize your sales and interpersonal skills to meet the needs of clients and help them raise more funds through their golf events. • Attending Events: Attending charity golf events you have build relationships with to act as their day-of event staff, being their “gameshow host” for the day. Requirements: • Commitment: Ability to dedicate 25+ hours per week to Dixon Golf (Monday - Friday, during business hours) and flexible availability on weekends as needed during the event season. • Sales Experience: Strong verbal communication skills and experience in sales, particularly in the golf or charity event space. • Organizational Skills: Ability to manage logistics, handle follow-ups, and coordinate with multiple teams to ensure smooth event execution. • Tech-Savvy: Must have reliable internet, computer, and smartphone to communicate and manage day-to-day operations. • Driving: Willingness to travel and cover events across the designated local territory, with reliable transportation.
