Responsibilities
Guest check-in and registration management
Badge scanning and access control
Information desk and guest services
Wayfinding and directional assistance
VIP guest support
Session room monitoring
Line management and crowd control
General event support as needed
Requirements
Professional appearance and positive attitude
Excellent customer service skills
Ability to stand for extended periods
Basic computer proficiency
Strong English communication skills
Must be available for early morning and evening shifts
Reliable transportation to Las Vegas convention venues
Must be able to work weekends when required
Physical Requirements
Able to stand/walk for up to 8 hours
Capable of lifting up to 25 pounds
