Event Team Member - Point of Sales and Customer Service
Event Team Member - Skate Monitors and Customer Service
Compensation: $20/hr, plus Holiday Pay ($30/hr) on 12/25 & 1/1.
Training Dates: 11/19-11/21
Trial Run: 11/22
About the Role
You’ll play a vital role in making this event unforgettable by assisting guests, managing rentals, monitoring the ice rink, and ensuring a safe, welcoming atmosphere. Under the supervision of our General Manager and onsite managers, you’ll gain hands-on experience and connect with the community.

Schedule Overview
Shift Times (based on availability):
Monday - Thursday: Guest Services/Point of Sales: 1 PM - 5 PM, 4 PM - 9:30 PM; Skate Monitor/Rentals: 1 PM - 6 PM, 5 PM - 9:30 PM
Friday - Sunday: Extended shifts available starting as early as 9 AM and ending as late as 10:30 PM

Key Duties and Responsibilities
Operate point of sale, manage skate rentals, and maintain accurate records
Monitor the ice rink, ensuring policies are followed and skaters stay safe
Engage with guests, providing outstanding customer service and assistance
Maintain a clean, organized work environment
Attend all training sessions and staff meetings to stay aligned with our standards
Alert managers of any safety concerns on and around the ice
Requirements
Minimum age: 18+
Customer service experience preferred
Ice skating skills preferred
Flexible schedule: available for days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
Work Environment
You’ll work both indoors and outdoors, on and around the ice. This role may involve standing, walking, running, bending, lifting, ice skating, and occasionally operating a motorized vehicle.
Attire: Black pants (no rips/tears) and comfortable shoes. A sweater will be provided.
Parking and Transportation: No parking reimbursement is provided; public transportation is encouraged.

Phone Use: Personal phones should remain off during activation times unless approved by management.
Professional Conduct: Any use of illicit substances will result in immediate termination.
