As a Table Coordinator, you will play a key role in enhancing the event experience by providing friendly and professional assistance to guests, ensuring smooth operations at the event, and helping guests navigate resources effectively. EVENT We're looking for friendly, approachable Brand Ambassador who enjoy interacting with high school students and parents. Our client values consistency, so we prefer staff who can commit to multiple events, especially in Indianapolis, their busiest market. EVENT DATES/TIMES/LOCATIONS: Please check the dates below and select which dates/locations work best for you - Note that event times are TBD but will be six hours minimum and confirmed closer to event dates. ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES Setup & Preparation: Work closely with venue staff to set up a welcoming, professional event table complete with backdrop, tablecloth, printed materials, and a tablet or iPad. Guest Engagement: Be the face of the event by assisting visitors with information, directing them to QR codes or digital resources, and answering inquiries with a friendly and knowledgeable approach. Event Monitoring: Ensure that the table is organized, and all materials are in place throughout the event, providing ongoing support to guests as they interact with your station. Team Collaboration & Communication: Actively participate in training and coordination to ensure smooth event execution and effective guest engagement. Event Tear Down: Assist in the breakdown and cleanup of event materials and equipment after the event concludes. PAY RATES BY STATE: $28/hr - Maryland and Virginia $26.50/hr - Pennsylvania and Indiana -- JOB HIGHLIGHTS: As a brand ambassador, you'll be the face of Elevate Global, bringing events to life and connecting consumers with brands and products. Our scope of work span's various locations, including events, in-store promotions, pop-ups, roadshows, product launches, conferences, festivals, and stadiums.
