Customer Interaction – You are expected to engage with every customer who enters the footprint. As a brand ambassador, you are a rep for the brand for the day, and need to treat customers with kindness, respect, and welcome with a smile. We need to treat every customer like a client, and if they have any questions you cannot answer, refer them to the trained on-site tour managers who can speak to brand talking points. Phone Usage - You are to not be on your phone unless it is an emergency. If you are on your phone and it is not to check-in with Extreme or an emergency, you will be warned once. If it happens a second time, you will be asked to leave without pay for the rest of your shift. Breaks - During your staffed time, you will be expected to always remain in the footprint. You will not receive a break if your shift is under 5 hours. If you work 5 hours or over, you are entitled to a 30-minute break. During this break, if you plan to eat any competitor product, you must take off your uniform and switch into your street clothes. Please collaborate with your on-site manager to stagger breaks so no two people are taking breaks at the same time during the event. Post Event – • Once the event is over, you are expected to stay around and help the tour manager pack up. • These tasks include heavy lifting (40-55 lbs.), folding tent tops and backwalls, taking down inflatables, putting up barricades, and other tasks assigned by on-site managers. • You are booked an hour after the event. Work with your team leads to fulfill duties and prioritizing customer safety. • Be mindful of shoppers entering the footprint where you are tearing down while packing up. • Unwillingness to assist the team with packing up will lead to decreased booking opportunities in the future. Uniform – Uniform is especially important. We represent top tier brands and it is imperative that you show up in appropriate uniform as you will be the face of the brand. • You will be provided with a branded T-shirt, and hat (where applicable). You are not allowed to alter these shirts or hats in any way, if you do, that will be grounds for removal without pay. • You will wear this with khaki pants or shorts, black pants or shorts or nicer, non-distressed blue jeans. • If you have visible leg tattoos, please wear pants to cover them. If you have visible arm tattoos that the team deems inappropriate or are of a competitor to the brands, pleasewear a long-sleeved shirt under your branded t-shirt to cover them. If you have face tattoos or inappropriate piercings, you will be asked to leave. Please prepare for this in advance. • In winter months, you may wear the branded t-shirt under an open jacket or over a hoodie as long as the branded shirt is still visible and so long as a competitor brand or inappropriate logo is not showing. If you choose to wear under a jacket or over a hoodie, the branded hat provided must always be on. • For shoes, you are asked to wear closed toe shoes. These can be athletic shoes or boots, preferably something with laces. This means no crocs, no flip flops, no sandals, no high heels and no slides. • Please note regarding parking lots, you will be on your feet for 4+ hours so do not wear anything that you do not want to stand in for an extended period. • If you are working on an inside event, please make sure your shoes are non-slip. Any uniform questions, please contact your ExtremeMP rep prior to working the event. PLEASE NOTE: This ad is not a guarantee of employment. Please respond to this message if you are available and interested. If you are booked, you will receive a phone call. Do not show up to the event without having spoken to an Extreme MP employee first.
