They seem to micromanage a bit. Which is irritating a someone who has strong work ethic. I understand after seeing some BA's that lack ethic and dive.

What does this company do well?

They give great communication each time on what to sample, how, and talking points. They have a credit card for product, ice, and cups. Sometimes there are even sales bonuses and recognition for great sales. The whole team is very friendly, understanding, and helpful with any questions.

What can this company improve?

Nothing, just keep giving lots of events!

This company and demos were A+++. Great communication. Competition pay. Considered milage and paid accordingly. Quick pay. Even had paid training.

All information for the event is given. There is always someone available through text on the day of the event. Pay is always accurate and on time. You have a card to purchase product- so you are not waiting to get it back- which all companies should do. Pay is increased on events for last minute.

What does this company do well?

I love how each morning that you have an event booked with Forte, you get a text from your “Solution Queen” for the day and you’re able to ask for any last minute clarifications or questions you may have had in mind, etc.
