Gail & Rice along with our sister company – G&R Connex, are actively recruiting for local, experienced Brand Ambassadors to represent an automotive brand at a NEW DISPLA Y at the 2025 New York Auto Show to work on the Auto Show Floor as a Brand Ambassador. Applicants must be extremely polished, well-spoken and outgoing. If you're available for all dates email your resume and two recent photos to: newtalent@gr-connex.com with "New York AS - NEW DISPLAY" Event: New York Auto Show - Auto Show Floor BA Location: Jacob Javits Convention Center – 429 11th Ave, New York, NY 10001 Dates & Hours: Friday, April 19 - Sunday, April 27: Noon to 8:00 p.m. Rate: $36.00/hour + $25.00per diem/day o 1-hour unpaid meal break. Ground Transportation Reimbursements: Up to $25.00 per day (Parking/Uber/Lyft) with itemized receipt submitted. o Applicants will be hired as W2, temporary employees and paid bi-weekly via direct deposit. Wardrobe: Staff will wear their own black pants and black shoes (Toms/Vans/Flats/Etc.). Branded shirts will be provided onsite. o Female Staff: Hair & Makeup – Very finished look. Nails manicured with nude polish. o Male Staff: Well-groomed head and facial hair. Job Description: Brand Ambassadors will welcome consumers into the display, assist with simulator, engage and encourage consumers to provide their information into handheld devices for brand leads to receive product information. Strong lead generation and outgoing personality is required for the BA position. Additional Requirements: o Applicant MUST be available for ALL dates and times. No exceptions. o Applicant MUST be at least 18 years old. o Applicant MUST be able to stand for the duration of the shift. o Selected applicants MUST arrive each activation date - fresh and polished with complete event ready appearance. o Applicants MUST be outgoing, friendly and up for conversation with consumers.
