Gail & Rice is currently hiring local, experienced Brand Ambassadors to work the upcoming San Diego Auto Show for a Ride & Drive event. Event: San Diego Auto Show - Ride & Drive Location: San Diego Convention Center - 111 Harbor Drive, San Diego, CA 92101 Dates & Hours – Ride & Drive Event: • Saturday, December 28: 9:00 am to 5:00 pm • Sunday, December 29: 9:30 am to 5:00 pm • Monday, December 30: 9:30 am to 5:00 pm • Tuesday, December 31: 9:30 am to 5:00 pm • Wednesday, January 1: 9:30 am to 5:00 pm • Unpaid ½ hour meal breaks. • Additional paid breaks to be scheduled. Rate: $25.00/hr. + $25.00 per diem/day + up to $25.00 per day reimbursement for parking/Uber/Lyft with detailed receipts submitted at the end of the event • Wardrobe: Staff will wear their own black dress pants and black shoes (Flat dress shoes / Vans / Toms / Etc.). Shirts will be provided onsite. • Female Staff Hair & Make-up: Very finished look. Nails manicured with either nude or pale pink polish. • Male Staff: Well-groomed facial hair. Job Description: Consumer engagement during the Ride & Drive event through welcoming consumers into display, entering consumers information into handheld devices, consumers to sign waivers, exit surveys, etc. Applicants must also be proactive and outgoing to achieve lead generation goals, which is a key part of the BA position. Additional Requirements: • Must arrive to the event, event ready. • Must be 18 years old or older. • Must be available for all dates and times. • Must be able to stand on feet throughout the duration of the shift
