The primary duty of the Brand Ambassador (BA) is to work with program management to execute scheduled program activities for a Nationwide kids tour (Mobile Learning Adventure). While at a signed promotion, the BA will be building brand and company awareness and gain exposure and trial at promotional program activities. The position may involve occasional travel on a local level. The BA will also complete all other duties as assigned by program management and/or GMR Corporate Staff. Program Essential Competencies, Duties, & Responsibilities: • Drive awareness of PNC Grow Up Great program called the Mobile Learning Adventure. Program Required Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities: • Ability to anticipate and assist in resolving issues on site. • Greet and direct guests throughout the event activation in a positive manner. • Ability to prioritize and multitask working various stations throughout the Mobile Learning Adventure. • Must enjoy working with young children GMR Brand Ambassador Requirements: • Be at least 18 years of age or older. • Have reliable transportation to get to and from events. • Wear the required uniform. Shirts will be provided on-site. o Must wear khaki pants or knee length shorts/skirts non distressed. o Must wear close-toed tennis shoes. o Must wear a neutral color with no branding undershirt/jacket/hat if worn. • Ability to use a mobile device or tablet on-site • Attending all mandatory trainings with GMR account or management team Brand Ambassador Job Description • Bilingual in Spanish preferred (not required) Educational & Experience Requirements: • High school diploma or GED preferred. • One year work experience in related field • Strong Communication, interpersonal, and organization skills are essential, as well as the ability to prioritize and multi-task. Language Ability: Written and conversational knowledge of the English language and grammar Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
