Here’s what you’ll be responsible for: 🛍️ Building and nurturing relationships with Duty-Free Personnel and brand partners to effectively execute marketing initiatives. 🤝 Collaborating closely with Duty-Free and other partner allies to maintain and strengthen relationships. 🚀 Implementing strategies to enhance partner engagement and performance, maximizing customer satisfaction. 📊 Monitoring market trends and consumer insights to identify promotional opportunities and engage with customers effectively. 💼 Representing the brand, promoting products, and engaging with consumers. 🤝 Creating a positive work environment with Duty-Free management. 📊 Providing daily reports and metrics to Go Local. 📚 Learning company protocols for Travel Retail operations. And here’s what we’re looking for: 🎨 Experience as a Beauty Advisor or Brand Ambassador. 🌟 Excellent leadership and team management skills. 🗣️ Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities. 🗨️ Proficiency in Mandarin is a plus. ⏰ Flexibility in working hours to accommodate airport administrative processes and training sessions.
