GTE Agency is staffing a very fun lobby event for Kroger (Fred Meyer), for an internal corporate event. This Winter Spectacular needs a large team! Special event rate has been secured, as well. Date: Monday, December 16th, 2024 Time: 6am-12pm Location: Fred Meyer Office @ 3800 SE 22nd Avenue, Portland, OR 97202 Rate: $32/hr Duties assigned on-site. Most likely sampling, setting up/breaking down, running branded booths/games/activities, managing giveaways, etc. Could be food or alcohol or non-edible items. DUTIES – (Event Staff – Specific job duties assigned on-site) May include but not limited to— - Set-up and break down, inventory duties, organizing. - Samplings/showcasing products + running activities while delivering talking points and interacting with consumers in conjunction with onsite clients. - Follow schedules, alternate break times, be point of contact between GTE and onsite clients. - Ability to follow direction, work on your feet and execute this event with enthusiasm! - Provide ~5 pics of performance for upload to report – within 24 hours, required for payment. - Keeping constant communication with your Account Executive Everything will be onsite for you with the client contact—no purchasing required and no Comdata required. We pay via W9 on 1/1/2025 (and can potentially pay by 12/22 if everyone submits their photos in time). All interested please email the following information ASAP to koyote@gteagency.com: 1.
