GTE Agency is seeking engaging and reliable staff members at these special sampling events. It will be a blast with clients and corporate personnel on-site, so we need the best to make it a success! DATES/TIMES: 12/13-12/15 (ideally available for ALL shifts) (+ 12/11 for Team Leads) RATE: $27/hr for BA, $30/hr for Team Lead Open Locations (let me know ALL locations that you’re open to doing; please list as many as possible to be flexible and give yourself the best chance of booking): 12/13-12/15 – each shift is 9:30am-2:30pm Kroger, 6315 Garth Rd, Baytown, TX 77521-9686 Kroger, 1440 Studemont St, Houston, TX 77007-3820 Kroger, 1505 Wirt Rd, Houston, TX 77055-4918 Kroger, 6350 N Eldridge Pkwy, Houston, TX 77041-3504 Kroger, 11701 S Sam Houston Pkwy E, Houston, TX 77089-4782 Kroger, 6055 N Fry Rd, Katy, TX 77449-1801 DUTIES – (Event Staff – Specific job duties assigned on-site) May include but not limited to— - Set-up and break down, inventory duties, organizing. - Samplings/showcasing product while delivering talking points and interacting with consumers in conjunction with onsite clients. - Follow schedules, alternate break times, be point of contact between GTE and onsite clients. - Ability to follow direction, work on your feet and execute this event with enthusiasm! - Complete Client JET online report and provide at ~5 pics of performance for upload to report – within 24 hours, required for payment. - Keeping constant communication with your Account Executive ADDITIONAL DUTIES – (Team Leads Only) May include but not limited to— - Attend paid training on 12/11, 9am-1pm at 1505 Wirt Rd, Houston, TX, 77055-4918 - Ability to drive to ANY of the work locations listed above during the 12/13-12/15 event run - Learn procedures for all sampling events and provide guidance and instruction to other event staff when needed - Assist with merchandising, cover breaks, take plenty of Client Ready photos - Communicate in English or Spanish Everything will be onsite for you with the client contact. If you do not have a Comdata card, you may be asked to pay out of pocket for product. We will add reimbursement to your pay check or send through Zelle. We pay via W9 according to our pay schedule on 1/1/25 or sooner if all reports are completed. All interested please email the following information ASAP to Koyote@GTEagency.com: 1. Confirm that you can attend training on 12/11, 9am-1pm at 1505 Wirt Rd, Houston, TX, 77055-4918 and confirm that you’re comfortable driving to ANY of the work locations listed above during the 12/13-12/15 event dates. You will receive further instructions & payroll paperwork upon booking.
