We're a new ultra-clean-ingredient kids' snack bar brand, and we're looking for exceptional brand ambassadors to join our team in LA! Regions include: Glendale, Burbank, Silver Lake, & Downtown LA, Sherman Oaks, and PSH You are: -Enthusiastic, friendly, can talk to anyone -Passionate about nutrition and healthy living -A proactive, resourceful, do-er who takes initiative -Organized and detail oriented Your Mission: Brand Ambassadors will be responsible for visiting our key grocery stores in their region and sampling our bars to prospective customers, and getting them excited about our product! You will also represent Happy Wolf at local events and maybe even do a little bit of guerrilla marketing. This will be a high-energy, interactive role that requires incredible interpersonal and communication skills. What you'll do: - Proactively engage with consumers during retail sampling events to tell the story of Happy Wolf's brand and products. - Perform against key program KPIs, including sales goals, conversion rates, and new consumer engagement. - Ensure professionalism and exceptional communication in interactions with customers. - Arrive on time and adhere to scheduled shift and demo procedures. - Create and submit high quality recaps within 12 hours of each event Compensation and Perks: - Compensation: to start $25/hour with performance bonus structure - Flexible Schedule: 8 - 12 hours per week - Duration: Mid November-May, with option to continue longer term Job Requirements: - Availability for 8-12 hours per week on Saturdays (11-7), Sundays (11-7) and Mondays (3-7) -Access to a vehicle (travel time to retail locations and events will be covered) -Previous demoing/selling/field marketing experience is a huge plus Learn more about Happy Wolf at happywolf.com or follow @happywolfsnacks on IG.
