Positions Available:
Entrance Directional/Guest Services BA
Greet guests at the entrance and provide clear, friendly directions to key event areas.
Ensure smooth and orderly entry for all attendees.
Assist with guiding guests to the appropriate locations within the event.
Answer general questions about the event and brand offerings.
Guest Desk Directional/Guest Services BA
Provide guests with event schedules, directions, and general event information.
Be the main point of contact for guests seeking assistance at the guest services desk.
Help guests navigate the event space and ensure they have a positive experience.
Share basic brand messaging and ensure a welcoming environment.
Perimeter Directional/Guest Services BA
Manage event flow at various perimeter areas, ensuring guests are directed to the right zones.
Assist with crowd control and ensure safety by maintaining clear pathways.
Support guests in finding their way around the event and answer general event-related questions.
Provide assistance with line management, helping maintain order and efficiency.
Pay Rates:
Brand Ambassador (BA): $28/hr.
Skills & Requirements:
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Friendly, outgoing, and approachable demeanor.
- Comfortable being on your feet for extended periods of time.
- Ability to remain calm and professional in busy or high-traffic environments.
- Prior experience in event guest services, customer service, or hospitality is a plus.
- Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with other Brand Ambassadors to ensure smooth event operations.
- Bilingual is a plus
