HAVAS Street is currently seeking friendly, dynamic and outgoing individuals to join our team for a GRAND OPENING CELEBRATION! The event will include a radio remote, a surprise & delight element, and lots of consumer engagement activities (ie ribbon cutting ceremony, games, giveaways, photo op, etc). BAs will have a dedicated hour prior to the event activation to canvass the 1-mile radius of the new store and invite the community over. They will provide location awareness & brand knowledge, and drive foot traffic into the store for warm handoffs to the sales team. During the 2-hr activation, BAs will assist with consumer engagement activities and/or continue to drive foot traffic over if not busy.
BAs will assist with setup and breakdown of event assets (i.e. tent, tables, photo op, games, giveaways, decorations, etc) and assist our partnered vendors (ie radio station, food truck, OEM support, etc) with any of their setup needs. BAs will complete setup/breakdown DURING the first/last 30 minutes of the shift. TL will submit an event recap DURING the last 30 minutes of the shift with the assistance of the BAs feedback. TL will return the HAVAS assets via FedEx immediately after the event (paid DT & mileage for this admin shift).
PLEASE CREATE A HAVAS STREET TALENT PROFILE TO BE CONSIDERED (www.havasstreethub.com). Team Leads ($33/hr) & Brand Ambassadors ($28/hr) welcomed to apply. There is a PAID mandatory 1-hr virtual training via Microsoft Team's app. Drive time provided after first 30 minutes for each direction. Payroll runs Saturday-Friday, paid the Friday following the pay-period. Uniform: ALL BLACK ATTIRE, black branded T-shirt, black pants, black or white sneakers/tennis shoes. Uniform shirt is provided at your first event with the program and must be washed and used for following events.
Summary of BA responsibilities:
• Attend a PAID mandatory 1-hr virtual training via Microsoft Teams.
• Create fun, memorable consumer engagements through program elements
• Canvass a 1-mile radius of event location to provide location awareness & brand knowledge
• Drive foot traffic to store for warm handoffs to sales team
• Capture quality pictures of consumer engagement during the canvassing hour & the event activation to share with MM via the GroupMe app.
• Setup/breakdown of event assets
• Communicate event feedback & consumer comments to TL for event recap
• TL: Collect sales metrics at START/END of shift & complete the event recap on the HAVAS hub. Return HAVAS assets via FedEx immediately after completion of the event.
• All BAs must submit their own timesheet via the HAVAS hub at the end of their shift BEFORE leaving the store.

• Must be 18+ years or over
• Must receive HR clearance with HAVAS Street to train/work
