Health and Fitness Activations seeks an experienced Market Manager, with a passion for health and wellness, to lead a team of 2-4 brand ambassadors in the San Diego market for an organic fruit jerky brand. Tell us why you love fruit jerky Responsibilities: • Research and leverage in-market connections with event contacts to schedule key guerilla marketing and sponsored events to build out the event schedule • Manage, train, and schedule a team of 2-4 brand ambassadors • Oversee all activations including product drops, event product donations, guerilla sampling, and sponsored events • Oversee setup and breakdown of event footprint • Responsible for administrative tasks that include event execution reports, event photos, BA check-ins, sample tracking, and other tasks as required • Manage storage unit including product and assets inventory Requirements: • Ideally based out of La Jolla but open to the right candidate • Must have at least 2 years of brand ambassador work experience • Ability to travel within your market • Must be available to commit to working Q1 2025 (there is a strong possibility of an ongoing program) • Ability to lift and move 50+ lbs Pay: $33 per hour Expected Hours: 6-8 hours per week average To stay up to date on all Health and Fitness Activations related things, please ‘like’ our Facebook page at: http://www.facebook.com/hfactivations
