Infinity Marketing Team is seeking Field Market Staff in the Nashville market. This opportunity is a lead generation program using a build your own bobblehead activation in 20+ markets through October 2025. Consumers will register to receive a free competitive quote from a Fortune 50 insurance company in exchange for a customized bobblehead with a picture of their face!
All materials and supplies required for event set-up will be provided to the Field Market Staff during Program training. Three (3) to four (4) Field Market Staff will be working the setup, completing the activation, striking the set-up, and loading the event kit back into the truck at the end of the event.
Events will include your home market and surrounding cities.
Program Timeline - May 1st through October 19th, 2025. There will be a local two-day training held on April 28 - 29th 2025.
Job Requirements:
-Event Setup
-Setting up activation space including tents and other assets
-Event Activation
-Registration, photo taking, redemption of bobbleheads
-Event Strike
-Breaking down activation display and loading into box truck
-Willingness to travel and/or commute
-Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
-1099 contractor position
-Schedule is varied throughout the program, but most events take place from Thursday through Sunday.
-Five or more staff are on-site at all times.
-Out of market travel opportunities are available (per diem and lodging provided).
-Some manual labor is required with setup and tear down
-Proficient with iPads and/or tablets
-Very comfortable with consumer engagement
-Great communication skills with team and management
-Reliable transportation to and from events
Compensation:
-$32/hour
-Per diem, gas stipend and lodging provided for out of market travel
All applicants will be required to pass a background check. Such background check
shall include, at a minimum: (i) a national, state, and county (or the equivalent)
criminal record checks for all residential and employment addresses disclosed by
the individual and/or discovered by the Agency; (ii) a prohibited parties search,
including OFAC, the Terrorist Watch List, Specially Designated Nationals List, and
Blocked Persons List; (iii) if the Personnel will be operating a State Farm vehicle, a
review of his/her driving record and driver's license for any convictions for vehicular
criminal offenses involving harm or potential harm to persons or property, a failure
to report an accident, four (4) or more moving violations in the past thirty-six (36)
months, or any alcohol or drug related driving offenses. (iv) an employment history
for all employers for the individual for the prior five (5) employers; and (v) a review of
all convictions and pre-trial diversion programs for any felony or misdemeanor
involving dishonesty, breach of trust, fraud or financial crimes, illegal manufacture,
sale, distribution of or trafficking in a controlled substance, money laundering, theft
or computer crimes, violent crimes against persons or property, sexually related
criminal conduct, crimes involving possession or use of a dangerous weapon.
