Karma is casting experienced Brand Ambassadors to work for the Unilever Beauty Spotlight at Target Demo Days. It is crucial that the Brand Ambassadors applying have excellent communication skills, are outgoing and passionate about the opportunity to connect consumers with these particular beauty products. Duties Include (but are not limited to): - BA’s will merchandise the Beauty Counter with the featured Unilever product products - BA’s will educate guests on the featured Unilever products and provide guests with the opportunity to demo the products in-store. Sellable items will be on the counter - BA’s are to be encouraging immediate purchase of multiple featured products and suggesting reps utilize the Target app when a product is not in stock at their demoing location. To Note: BA's are to complete light reporting in JET due by the end of their shift. A smart phone with access to cellular data and the internet will be needed to complete reporting. Location(s): Various Target Locations (only apply in app to locations you can work geographically) Dates/Times: - Date: 03/29/2025 - Shift Time: 11:30am - 4:30pm - Demo Execution: 12:00pm - 4:00pm Training Information: - Training time will be paid (30 minutes) Training materials include the below: - Training Deck pdf - Training Video - Quiz - Event Guide - Event Recap Uniform: Solid black top and bottom, closed-toed shoes + black waist apron, pink Beauty Spotlight Button found inside the event kit.
