Karma Casting is seeking a dynamic team of experienced Team Leads (TLs), Brand Ambassadors (BAs), and Backup staff (BUs) to execute exciting in-store activations in Pittsburgh, PA. This opportunity focuses on engaging children and families through fun and interactive activities within Dick's Sporting Goods (DSG) stores, creating memorable experiences for attendees while promoting top-tier brands. Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to): - Actively engage with children and families to promote the brand and deliver key messaging. - Facilitate kids' activities such as obstacle courses, vertical jumps, and long jumps. - Assist with event check-in duties and guide guests throughout the activation. - Pull appropriate sizes for kids' shirts and other promotional products. - Distribute promotional materials, samples, or merchandise as needed. - Assist with event setup, execution, and breakdown. - Maintain a clean and organized event space. - Provide exceptional customer service while interacting with event attendees - Complete light recap or reporting duties as required. Location(s): Pittsburgh, PA 15237 Dates/Times (Must be Available both dates): April 26th: 12 PM–5 PM April 27th: 7:30 AM–4 PM Pay Rate: Team Lead: $30/hour Brand Ambassador: $26/hour Onsite Backup: $26/hour (2 hours if not kept onsite) Staff Qualifications: - Outgoing and friendly personality with excellent communication skills. - Previous experience in customer service, sales, or event marketing is a plus. - Ability to adapt quickly and work in a fast-paced environment. - Professional demeanor and client-facing abilities. - Comfortable engaging with children of various ages. - Reliable transportation to and from activation locations. - Access to a smartphone for check-ins, reporting, or event apps. - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. - Passion for representing brands and connecting with diverse audiences.
