LaCroix Sparkling Water is seeking a part-time Field Marketing Lead to manage the Kansas City Brand Education program beginning in 2025. These activations occur in retail settings, so it is essential that you are present in the field with the team every Friday through Sunday. Therefore, candidate must have reliable transportation - Car or SUV.
We are searching for an individual with strong leadership abilities, a keen eye for detail, and the capacity to craft comprehensive weekend recaps that effectively capture the events, while also reporting all metrics and data through the necessary channels. You will report to the Regional Manager, overseeing the project from field implementation to tasks like scheduling, training, payroll, and other administrative responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise a team of brand ambassadors during activations in retail locations and act as a brand ambassador in uniform alongside team when needed
- Ensure that all activations align with brand guidelines and standards
- Create a positive and engaging consumer experience
- Produce detailed weekend recaps summarizing key metrics and data
- Maintain effective communication with the regional and senior managers
- Assist with team scheduling, training, and payroll
Qualifications:
- Strong leadership experience with the ability to manage a team effectively
- Excellent attention to detail and the capability to multitask
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Availability to work consistently on weekends (Friday through Sunday)
- Previous background in field marketing or event management is advantageous
Friday: 3:45-7:15 PM
Sat/Sun: 9:45-4:15 PM
(Admin can be done remote)
Salary: $28/hr
